The School of Chemical and Environmental Engineering of the Technical University of Crete is pleased to announce that the School's Postgraduate Programme MSc Sustainable Engineering and Climate Change has been accredited by the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education (HAHE).

The accreditation review process was carried out during the period 17-21 February 2025, by a 5-member external committee appointed by the HAHE.

According to the accreditation decision of the Evaluation and Accreditation Board of the HAHE, the MSc complies satisfactorily with the principles of the HAHE Quality Standards for Postgraduate Programmes and the Quality Assurance Principles of the European Higher Education Area (ESG) for level 7 of the National and European Qualifications Framework.

The successful completion of the accreditation is the result of the systematic efforts of all the teaching and administrative staff of the programme, but also of the contribution of students, graduates and stakeholders, with whom the School has developed a very constructive cooperation.

The period of validity of the accreditation is set for five years, from 15/04/2025 to 14/04/2030.
